Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description, which sets out the specifications related to that product.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Once you have placed an order via Linklater Engineering Ltd Parts Clearance Store, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of that order. A contract is formed between Linklater Engineering Ltd Parts Clearance Store and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled.

All orders within the UK will be charged VAT at 20%. Orders outside the UK will not pay any VAT. All transactions are in GB pound sterling. All prices on Linklater Engineering Ltd Parts Clearance Store are including VAT and is calculated on checkout unless otherwise stated.

Time
We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours but at extremely busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been despatched or of any delays. In exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery.


DELIVERY

Please note we use Royal mail and Parcel Force for our couriers and will not be held responsible for lost parcels where a tracking service has not been paid for on the order, it is advised for high value orders this is purchased. The courier  will make one delivery attempt, but if you are out when the delivery is attempted you will be carded and if this is not collected from the depot or a redelivery has been arranged by yourself within 18 days your order will be returned to us. It is important that you make sure that there will be someone in to receive your parcel because if it is returned we cannot be held responsible for the cost of re-delivery.


Base Charges

All carriage charges to destinations in the UK are automatically calculated from the weight of the goods ordered on checkout once all address details have been entered.


Delivery outside the UK
All carriage charges to destinations outside of the UK are automatically calculated from the weight of the goods ordered on checkout once all address details have been entered.

Return of Agricultural Parts


(Returns policy non UK)

All types of agricultural parts ordered are unfortunately non-returnable. Incorrectly supplied items must be advised within twenty-four hours of receipt.


Return of Items

If you return an item to us within 14 days in a unused, new condition and it's complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to refund you with the original price minus 15% restocking fee as these are clearance parts. Please note that unfortunately the following cannot be returned unless faulty: DVD's, products whose security seal has been broken, perishable items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.


Faulty Products

We know from time to time faulty products occur. We wish to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you. If you can take a digital photo of the faulty product and e-mail it to us we may be able to resolve it without having to have the goods returned. We cannot guarantee that a solution can be reached this way and still may require the item to be returned.

All faulty items should be returned in a clean condition for health and safety reasons.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we follow a slightly different procedure from most other businesses.
Firstly you will need to contact us using the returns form to let us know that you are returning the item, you will need to also state on the form your original invoice number and that you wish to exchange.
If you then purchase the new item that you want from the site, we can get it sent out straight away.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue the refund.
This works out a lot faster than a normal exchange as we can send out your order as soon as you have placed it meaning you do not have to wait for us to receive your return before we can send out your replacement item.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days and refunded back to the original payment method once all goods have been received checked and processed.



How to Return an Item

Please complete the online returns form and submit it to us using the form found on our Return & Refunds Policy. Please then await a further reply from us before sending any parts back, this is normally within 1 business day.
